Board Elections

At the last general meeting the following slate was approved for the term 7/1/2004–6/30/2005.

Chair: Heidi Pape Laird
Vice Chair: Anthony Pilozzi
Treasurer: Ben Bishop
Secretary: Larry Van Cura

Elena Dobrynina and Michael Gosselin will serve two year terms as Board members at Large.

Aviel Klausner and Ben Hurley will continue as Board members at large for the next year.

Mark your calendars for our upcoming meetings:

• September 14, 2004, DON'T WORRY, IT'S JUST BOILERPLATE . . . . AND OTHER PITFALLS OF I.T. CONTRACTS, by Dan Batterman, an attorney in Boston who practices in the software, internet, and e –commerce areas. Dan's goal is to have everyone leave entertained but more importantly, knowing more that we should know about the law in our field.
• November 9, 2004 Extreme Programming, Agile programming, speaker T.B.D.
• January 11, 2005, John Halamka of CareGroup at Beth Israel Deaconness to speak about "PatientSite" and other topics of his choice.
• March 9, 2005, DEVCON 2005 (Feb 27–March 2) recap
• April 9, 2005, A once in 27 1/2 year celebration!!!
• May 11, 2005, Member programming problems, discussions, tricks and practices.
• July 2005, Summer vacation
